Recognizing Effort and Achievement
for the Individual Rider and Horse
CGA Top Rating Awards
represent a rider who has been "rated" in 7 or more events in a Division.
The 'Top' refers to 7 events being more than half of the
13 individual events.
A rider becomes "rated" in a Division based on the
Rating Matrix.
This prestigious award is a jacket embroidered with the CGA Barrel Racer, the
rider's name, and rating.
Champion and Reserve Champion Top Rating awards are available in each Division
above FC.
Riders submit a
signup form
and pay a fee to begin their quest for this award. The rules and conditions
vary between award programs. Please read the
Information Manual
carefully for details.
