Directors at Large
Directors at Large assist in meeting the objectives of
CGA . They help identify potential problems and suggest solutions,
provide encouragement to project chairpersons and assist with the development
and staffing of committees. They approve all presidential appointments and policy
changes.
Keeping CGA a safe,
fun
family The Directors provide a check and balance function within
the organization, serve as the final step in conflict resolution, and act as
the hearing body for appeals to disciplinary proceedings. They are part of the
Board of Directors.
